At Precision Watch Company, every timepiece is assembled with care and dispatched with the same attention to detail. Below you’ll find information regarding processing, shipping, returns, and warranty coverage.
Shipping
Shipping Regions
We proudly ship worldwide, including Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia. All orders are securely packaged and dispatched with tracking. Signature on delivery is applied where available.
Processing Time
Each timepiece is assembled to order and undergoes quality inspection prior to dispatch. Please allow 3–5 business days for assembly and processing before shipment confirmation is issued. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched:
- Australia & New Zealand: 3–7 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 5–10 business days
- Asia: 4–8 business days
Delivery estimates exclude processing time and may vary depending on carrier conditions.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to customs clearance or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your understanding should unforeseen delays arise.
Returns
Returns Policy
We accept returns on unworn timepieces within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Free from scratches or visible signs of use
- Returned with original packaging and accessories
Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty.

Custom & Special Orders
Due to the bespoke nature of certain configurations, custom or special-order timepieces may be considered final sale. We encourage customers to review specifications carefully prior to purchase.
Warranty
Warranty Coverage
All Precision Watch Company timepieces include a 12-month warranty covering mechanical movement defects under normal use.

Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, impact, or negligence
- Water damage resulting from improper use
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, strap wear, surface marks)
- Modifications performed by third parties

Servicing & Care
Automatic timepieces require periodic servicing to maintain optimal performance. We recommend professional servicing every 3–5 years depending on usage. Proper care will ensure longevity and reliability for years to come.
